How long does delivery take?

Normally, your goods are dispatched on the same day or the day after your order. Then it takes a few days for the goods to get to you. The total delivery time is therefore around 3-5 working days.


Where is my receipt?

You will receive your receipt when the order confirmation is sent out after you have made your purchase. Look in your inbox or in your spam folder.


How do I know that my order went through?

When you have completed your payment and you have reached our confirmation page, you will also receive an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided during payment. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service at support.eu@nicks.com.


What payment options do you offer?

We offer the most common payment options, from Klarna to Apple and Google Pay as well as VISA Mastercard and American Express.


Will you notify me when my order has arrived?

When your order arrives at the delivery point/service point, a notification will be sent via SMS to the phone number you provided when placing your order.


Can I cancel or change my completed order?

When you confirm your order, an order number is automatically created to make the delivery as efficient and fast as possible. Thus, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to cancel or change your order. Please contact our customer service at support.eu@nicks.com and we will help you further.


Where is my package?

As soon as you have paid and completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Once the goods have left our warehouse, an update will also be sent to your email with your delivery information, from where you can track your package. It takes on average 3-5 days from the time you place your order until the goods reach you.


When do I get the refund for an approved complaint?

Once we receive the claimed item and review the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days (usually faster than that).





What kind of subscription do you offer?

We offer all our customers to have their products automatically sent to their home via our subscription service. First, you choose the product you want, the frequency (every two weeks, once a month, etc.) and then you enter your payment details. Once this is done, we simply send you the product of your choice according to the time interval you selected. So, for example, you love Coconut and want 12 of them every month. We'll make it happen! You can always unsubscribe, no commitment periods.

Can I choose which shipping method I want my package to be sent with?

Absolutely, at the end of the checkout process you choose yourself with which shipping company and type of shipping method you want your package to be sent with.


I received the wrong item or the order is missing an item?

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item(s), please take a picture and send it to our customer service at support.eu@nicks.com. We will help you and make sure you get the right products.


Can I buy N!CK'S ice cream through your website?

Absolutely, of course you can! However, it is through one of our partners as we are not able to deliver frozen goods directly to you. Click here to see which flavor suits you!


I forgot my password to log in to my account, what do I do now?

You don't need to have a registered account with us to be a customer. However, there are many advantages to registering as a customer on nicks.se. You can check out faster, see historical orders and get exciting offers sent to you.
