DHL delivers to all of Sweden within 1-2 business days. You choose which agent you want the package to be delivered to when you place your order. When the package reaches your chosen agent, you will receive a notification to pick up the package together with your ID and package ID. Please note that agents in smaller locations sometimes have limited delivery, which may affect the delivery time.

Depending on the size of the parcel, its contents and your postal code, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a parcel box. If the option is available to you, you will see it when you select an agent at checkout. When the parcel is available for collection, you will receive a code via SMS that you enter on the display of the locker. The locker will then open and you can pick up your package. Please note that if the parcel locker is full, your parcel will be sent to a nearby agent.
