HEALTHY ROCKY ROAD WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Rocky Road is a great favorite Christmas treat for both young and old. A delicious combination of sweet and a little salty with chocolate and nuts that you can't get enough of. This recipe for Rocky Road is sugar-free, so you can enjoy it with a clear conscience.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g Dark chocolate
  • 1/2 dl peanuts
  • 1/2 dl pistachios
  • 1/2 dl cranberries
  • 1 piece Peanuts n' fudge

Rocky Road without added sugar.

METHOD:

Chop up the nuts and Peanuts n' fudge into coarser pieces. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt on low heat in a microwave or over a water bath on the stove. Then add almost all the nuts, pieces of Peanuts n' Fudge and cranberries to the melted chocolate and mix. Save some to use as a topping.

Place a piece of baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the batter. The batter should be reasonably thick. Then top with what you have left of the nuts, Peanuts n' Fudge and cranberries on top of the batter.

Let this set in the fridge overnight before cutting into square pieces. Yum!
