
Recipe: Gooey Chocolate Cake
GOOEY CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

This sponge cake is a must-have for all chocolate lovers - super tasty, deliciously gooey and made in a healthy way! This sponge cake has no added sugar which makes it healthier and is perfect to enjoy with whipped cream or a scoop of our NICK'S Vanilla Bean ice cream for an extra luxurious touch.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl Use Like Sugar
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 1 dl almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate drink
METHOD:
1.Melt the butter in a saucepan and turn off the heat. Add the dark chocolate and stir until completely melted. Pour in the cream and mix well.
- Whisk the eggs and Use Like Sugar until the batter becomes fluffy. Then add the butter and chocolate mixture.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and Chocodrink. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes - the cake should still be gooey in the middle.
- Leave to cool slightly and serve with whipped cream or a dollop of NICK'S Vanilla Bean.
