Recipe: Gooey Chocolate Cake

GOOEY CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

This sponge cake is a must-have for all chocolate lovers - super tasty, deliciously gooey and made in a healthy way! This sponge cake has no added sugar which makes it healthier and is perfect to enjoy with whipped cream or a scoop of our NICK'S Vanilla Bean ice cream for an extra luxurious touch.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 dl Use Like Sugar
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 dl whipped cream
  • 1 dl almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate drink

Sticky chocolate cake without sugar.

METHOD:

1.Melt the butter in a saucepan and turn off the heat. Add the dark chocolate and stir until completely melted. Pour in the cream and mix well.

  1. Whisk the eggs and Use Like Sugar until the batter becomes fluffy. Then add the butter and chocolate mixture.
  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and Chocodrink. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes - the cake should still be gooey in the middle.
  4. Leave to cool slightly and serve with whipped cream or a dollop of NICK'S Vanilla Bean.

This gooey, no-sugar-added chocolate cake is as simple as it is irresistible - perfect for anyone who loves chocolate.
